Who we are

Codivant Limited is a Nigerian software company building SchoolOS, a school management platform for African private primary and secondary schools. We are headquartered in Lagos State and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under registration number 9101806.

What we do

SchoolOS replaces the patchwork of WhatsApp groups, paper ledgers, and Excel sheets that most Nigerian private schools rely on for the daily work of running a school. One platform handles fee collection in naira, report cards on the Nigerian A1-F9 scale, attendance tracking, parent communication, and gate-pickup safety controls.

Each school we serve gets its own branded portal at a subdomain (for example, greenfield.codivanttech.com) with separate spaces for administrators, bursars, teachers, and parents. The underlying platform is multi-tenant: every school's data is scoped at the database level so no school can ever see another's records.

How we make money

SchoolOS charges schools a 1.5% platform fee on each online fee payment processed through the platform. The fee is configurable per tenant and may be negotiated lower at onboarding. It covers software hosting, payment-gateway integration, receipts, audit logs, security, and ongoing development. Schools themselves remain the merchants of record for fees collected from parents.
